Middleton waltzed into their contest on Friday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They claimed a resounding 56-7 win over the Madison La Follette Lancers. With the Cardinals ahead 41-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Chase Rogers was nothing short of spectacular: he picked up 93 receiving yards and a pair of scores. Luke Sheehan also deserves some recognition as he posted his first receiving yards of the season.

Middleton's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Madison La Follette, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.
