Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Middlesex). Everything went their way against the West Point Pointers on Tuesday as the Middlesex Chargers made off with a 72-50 win. The Chargers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 22 points or more this season.

Middlesex's victory was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-5. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.9 points per game. As for West Point, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-13.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Middlesex has already played their next matchup (against Nandua), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. West Point and Charles City will face off at 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played.
