West Iron County played against Gwinn on Friday and won via forfeit.

Manistique's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for West Iron County, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Everything came up roses for Manistique against West Iron County in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 33-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Emeralds since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
