Basketball Recap: Claymont Takes a Loss

Claymont lost against Sandy Valley back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Claymont Mustangs took a 48-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sandy Valley Cardinals. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Claymont's record now sits at 5-11. As for Sandy Valley, their record now sits at 7-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Claymont has already played their next matchup (against Ridgewood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Sandy Valley will head out on the road to challenge Hiland at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hiland will roll in looking for their 15th straight victory, something Sandy Valley surely won't give up without a fight.
