Volleyball Recap: North Greene Puts Losing Streak Behind Them + How To Watch

North Greene came into Thursday's matchup having lost eight straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. Everything went their way against the Happy Valley Warriors on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Huskies not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since August 18th (when they won 3-0).

The final score came out to 25-8, 25-17, 25-13.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead North Greene to victory, but perhaps none more so than Chloe Keys, who had four digs and four aces. Those four aces gave Keys a new career-high. Addi Dean was another key player, getting 14 digs.

They weren't the only good server: North Greene was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 18 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Happy Valley only served five aces.

North Greene's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-8. As for Happy Valley, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.

North Greene has already played their next game, a 3-2 loss against Washburn on the 15th. As for Happy Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Unicoi County on the 15th.
