Baseball Recap: Indian Hill Takes a Loss

If Indian Hill was feeling good fresh off their 11-0 takedown of Reading last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Braves came up short against the Ryle Raiders on Tuesday, falling 8-2.

Indian Hill saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ashton Graham, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Indian Hill's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Ryle, their victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-4-1.

Looking ahead, Indian Hill will face off against Reading at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Ryle has already played their next contest (against Covington Catholic), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
