Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bothell). They enjoyed a cozy 38-21 win over the Woodinville Falcons on Saturday. The Cougars pushed the score to 38-7 by the end of the third, a deficit the Falcons cut but never quite recovered from.

Bothell found their leader in sophomore Mylez Welch, who rushed for 159 yards and one score on only 15 carries.

Bothell was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 430 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

The victory made it two in a row for Bothell and bumps their season record up to 4-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 37.0 points over those games. As for Woodinville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.
