Forbes Road will square off against the Tussey Mountain Titans at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Forbes Road headed into their last matchup having not scored more than two runs for four straight, but Southern Fulton let them put that streak behind them. Forbes Road came out on top against Southern Fulton by a score of 10-7 on Thursday. The game was the first time Forbes Road has beaten Southern Fulton on their field since May 11, 2021.

Mykenzie Vinson was a standout: she went 3-for-5 with three runs and two RBI. Those three runs gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Gretchen Flemming, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.
Meanwhile, Tussey Mountain hadn't done well against Everett recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Titans skirted past the Warriors 4-2.
Joslyn Raley spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on four hits and racked up six Ks. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.
On the hitting side, Tussey Mountain let Lydia Zdrosky and Olivia Mills run wild. Zdrosky went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI, while Mills went 2-for-4 with two doubles, one run, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Adyson Weyandt, who went 1-for-3 with two runs.
Tussey Mountain has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.8 runs over those games. Forbes Road's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-15.
