D'Evelyn is a perfect 4-0 against Alameda since October of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Jaguars will host the Pirates at 4:00 p.m. Alameda took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on D'Evelyn, who comes in off a win.

D'Evelyn headed into their last contest having not scored more than 13 points for three straight, but Arvada let them put that streak behind them. The Jaguars took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 41-12 victory over the Bulldogs. The win continues a trend for the Jaguars in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won eight in a row.

Kevyn Feldon had a dynamite game, rushing for 87 yards and two scores. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 64 yards. Wes Zuniga made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.

D'Evelyn didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Knox Balcer, Zachary Copeland, and Zuniga picked up one apiece. Zuniga got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Meanwhile, Alameda was not able to break out of their rough patch last Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were beaten by Englewood 41-6.

D'Evelyn's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Alameda, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Everything came up roses for D'Evelyn against Alameda in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 42-6 win. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Pirates' Angel Arroyo, who rushed for 115 yards and one TD.
