Football Recap: Lisbon Comes Up Short

The Lisbon Lions were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 20-14 to the Columbus Sailors.

Lisbon now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Columbus, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Lisbon and Columbus will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Lions are set to take on their familiar foe Cascade at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Columbus will challenge rival Jesup at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
