Volleyball Recap: Archbishop Riordan Takes a Loss

Archbishop Riordan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Burlingame Panthers.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-14, 22-25, 25-14.

Archbishop Riordan's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Burlingame, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 15-4.

Archbishop Riordan has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Lincoln on the 12th. As for Burlingame, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Mills on the 10th.
