Basketball Recap: Keiyen White Key Part of a Team Effort in Rams Win

TEACH Tech Charter won the last time they faced University Pathways Public Service Academy and things went their way on Friday too. The TEACH Tech Charter Rams walked away with a 37-29 win over the University Pathways Public Service Academy Change Agents. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Rams.

TEACH Tech Charter's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Keiyen White led the charge by putting up 18 points. The match was White's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jermaine Taylor, who posted 13 points.

TEACH Tech Charter pushed their record up to 5-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins didn't necessarily come from the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 26.7 points per game. As for University Pathways Public Service Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

TEACH Tech Charter will challenge Magnolia Science Academy Carson at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. University Pathways Public Service Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
