Minneapolis won the last time they faced Chapman and things went their way on Saturday too. The Lions came out on top against the Irish by a score of 2-0.

The 2-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 25-22.

Addison Abell was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 21 assists and 11 digs. That's the most digs she has posted since back in August.

Minneapolis' victory bumped their record up to 14-12-2. As for Chapman, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-19-1 record this season.

Minneapolis has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Haven on the 11th. As for Chapman, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 0-0 draw against Halstead on the 11th.
