Flag Football Recap: Faith Ugoje's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Narbonne over Vacaville + How To Watch

Despite a strong season so far, Narbonne has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They lost 27-6 to the Vacaville Bulldogs on Saturday.

Narbonne lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Faith Ugoje, who picked up 48 receiving yards and one score, and also rushed for 58 yards. Another player making a difference was Shayla Rivera, who rushed for 58 yards.

Even if they lost, Narbonne's defense still kept up the pressure with four sacks. Vacaville's QB won't forget Jennifer Ogor anytime soon given she sacked her three times.

Narbonne's defeat dropped their record down to 12-6. As for Vacaville, they pushed their record up to 11-2 with the victory, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season.

Narbonne didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 31-0 win against Destiny Christian Academy on the 4th. As for Vacaville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 21-7 victory against River City on the 6th.
