GEO Next Generation strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They blew past Collegiate 43-12. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 26-1.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead GEO Next Generation to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ivoryana Powell, who went 5-for-9 en route to 11 points. Kimberly Jack was another key player, putting up eight points and three steals.

GEO Next Generation's win bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Collegiate, they moved to 3-2 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, GEO Next Generation won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Glen Oaks at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Collegiate, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll face off against McKinley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Panthers' defense has only allowed 23 points per game this season, so Collegiate's offense will have their work cut out for them.
