Softball Recap: Eisenhower Comes Up Short

After flying high against Smethport on Friday, Eisenhower came back down to earth. The Knights lost 17-5 to the Mercyhurst Prep Lakers on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lakers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-3 two weeks ago.

Eisenhower's record is now 1-6. As for Mercyhurst Prep, their victory bumped their record up to 8-2.

Looking ahead, Eisenhower will be playing in front of their home fans against Kane at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Mercyhurst Prep, they will take on Iroquois at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
