Baseball Recap: All Saints Episcopal Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Center, All Saints Episcopal was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They came out on top against the West Rusk Raiders by a score of 7-3.

Aiden Jennings looked comfortable as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Nate Mienk, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. He also hit a double, marking his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Brandon Mienk, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

All Saints Episcopal now has a winning record of 3-2. As for West Rusk, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3-1 record this season.

All Saints Episcopal will challenge Elkhart at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Rusk, they will face off against Harleton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
