Soccer Game Preview: Rangeview vs. Denver North

The Rangeview Raiders will face off against the Denver North Vikings at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Rangeview's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Rangeview's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They skirted past Overland 1-0. The victory was some much needed relief for Rangeview as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.

Meanwhile, Denver North faced Denver South in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Vikings came out on top in a nail-biter against the Ravens, sneaking past 3-2. Denver North better thank their lucky stars for the performance of Owen Clough, as he scored every single goal for his team.

Rangeview's win bumped their record up to 5-7-1. As for Denver North, their victory bumped their record up to 9-2-2.
