Baseball Recap: West Potomac Wolverines vs. Robinson Rams
While West Potomac's victory against Robinson wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Wolverines narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Rams 3-1. The Wolverines haven't had any issues with the Rams recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.
Bennett Winkelfoos tossed a big game, tossing five innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.
