Basketball Game Preview: Gilroy Mustangs vs. Mt. Pleasant Cardinals

The Gilroy Mustangs will square off against the Mt. Pleasant Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Gilroy is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.

Last Friday, Gilroy came up short against Ann Sobrato and fell 42-33.

Meanwhile, Mt. Pleasant lost a heartbreaker to Oak Grove when they met back in January of 2018, and they left with a heavy heart again on Friday. Mt. Pleasant fell just short of Oak Grove by a score of 50-48. The Cardinals haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Gilroy's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Mt. Pleasant, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-8.
