Football Game Preview: Paul W. Bryant Stampede vs. McAdory Yellowjackets + How To Watch

Paul W. Bryant is 1-9 against McAdory since October of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Stampede will be playing at home against the Yellowjackets at 7:00 p.m. Paul W. Bryant has given up an average of 35.9 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Paul W. Bryant is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They lost 35-10 to Northridge on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Stampede can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama football rankings (they are ranked 238th, while the Jaguars are ranked 89th).

Meanwhile, McAdory came up short against Hueytown on Friday and fell 43-36. The Yellowjackets have struggled against the Golden Gophers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Paul W. Bryant will need to focus on slowing down Derrion Davis, one of several McAdory players who made an impact when they last played. He rushed for 99 yards and a pair of TDs on only 12 carries. Carter Feagin was another key player, picking up 92 receiving yards and two scores.

Having lost for the first time this season, McAdory fell to 5-1. As for Paul W. Bryant, their loss dropped their record down to 0-7.

Paul W. Bryant took a serious blow against McAdory when the teams last played back in October of 2024, falling 52-0. Thankfully for the Stampede, Michael Barnes iii (who rushed for 74 yards and one touchdown on only five carries, and also threw for 54 yards and one TD) won't be suiting up this time.
