Football Recap: Foxborough Skates Past Putnam Vo-Tech with Ease

Foxborough never let their opponents score on Friday. They breezed past the Putnam Vo-Tech Beavers to the tune of 58-0. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts football rankings (they are ranked 15th, while the Beavers are ranked 272nd) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

The win (which was Foxborough's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 39.7 points this season. As for Putnam Vo-Tech, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Foxborough will be playing in front of their home fans against King Philip Regional at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Putnam Vo-Tech, they will venture away from home to square off against Longmeadow at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
