            The Peekskill Red Devils will head out to  challenge the Walter Panas Panthers  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Peekskill will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.
Peekskill is headed in fresh off scoring the most  points they have   all season. They were the clear victors by  a  36-12 margin over Poughkeepsie on Saturday. Considering the Red Devils have won three matchups by more than 23  points this season, Saturday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Craig Jacobs went supernova, rushing for 100 yards and three  touchdowns.
 They were just one part of a punishing run game: Peekskill was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 204  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've managed all season.
 On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Peekskill's defense and their 8.5 sacks. The heavy lifting was done by  Darnell Hinton and  Kaden Mercer, who racked up  6.5 sacks between them.
Meanwhile, Walter Panas' offense rose to the challenge against a Quakers defense that boasted an average of only 12.43  points allowed on Friday. The Panthers came out on top against Greeley by a score of  40-28. The Panthers pushed the score to  34-13 by the end of the third, a deficit the Quakers cut but never quite recovered from.
 Walter Panas' win came from a few key players Peekskill will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was  Jack Doherty, who rushed for 133 yards and a pair of  scores. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up  a  sack and making two total tackles (1.5 for loss).  Christian Salomon also helped with two TDs in total.
 Peekskill's record now sits at 6-1. As for Walter Panas, their record is now 5-1.
 Peekskill couldn't quite finish off Walter Panas in their previous matchup  back in October of 2024 and fell  14-11.
