            Volleyball Recap: Lyman Hall Trojans vs. Hand Tigers        
        
		
        
        
            
Lyman Hall posted their closest  win since September 15th on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  3-2  victory over the Hand Tigers. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Trojans.
 Lyman Hall had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 24-26, 19-25, 25-14, 25-8,  15-10.

 Amina Mekic was a one-woman wrecking crew as she  had 25  digs and seven  aces. Those  25  digs gave  her a new career-high.
 Mekic wasn't the only good servers: Lyman Hall  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with 14  aces. The Trojans are 10-4 when  they serve at least ten aces.
The  win  got Lyman Hall back to even at 10-10. As for Hand, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record  this season.
 Lyman Hall does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hand, they will face off against Haddam-Killingworth at 4:30  p.m.  on Monday.
