Baseball Recap: Perris Takes a Loss

Perris was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 18th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 10-2 to the United Christian Academy Eagles. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2025.

Adan Perez was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeremy Harper, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Perris' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Perris will take on Temecula Prep at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for United Christian Academy, they will square off against Pacific at 3:15 p.m. on Friday.
