Squalicum and Burlington-Edison are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2016, but not for long. The Squalicum Storm will square off against the Burlington-Edison Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Squalicum knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven contests -- so hopefully Burlington-Edison likes a good challenge.

Squalicum took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Saturday. They blew past Sehome 65-42.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Burlington-Edison took on Lakewood on Saturday. Burlington-Edison took a 60-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lakewood.

Squalicum has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.9 points over those games. As for Burlington-Edison, their loss dropped their record down to 14-7.

Squalicum came up short against Burlington-Edison in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, falling 66-60. Can Squalicum avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
