Evergreen Valley's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Hill, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-10.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Evergreen Valley will take on Gunderson at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Evergreen Valley is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 9.2 runs per game this season. As for Hill, they will be playing at home against Del Mar at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Del Mar's favor is that they have posted big run totals every time they've taken the field this season.
