Basketball Recap: Miami Valley Skates Past Dominion Academy with Ease + How To Watch

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Miami Valley). They blew past the Dominion Academy Sabers 68-35 on Monday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Rams as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Miami Valley was led to victory by Ajitpal Gill and Paxton George. Gill went 7-for-13 to rack up 19 points along with five rebounds and five steals, while George shot 57% from the field on his way to 22 points and six boards. The dominant performance also gave Gill a new career-high in shooting accuracy (54%). Another player making a difference was Arshbir Dab, who posted eight points and four steals.

Miami Valley picked up their first home win, bumping their record up to 2-4. As for Dominion Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
