Adna is 9-1 against Rainier since January of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Adna Pirates will venture away from home to square off against the Rainier Mountaineers at 7:00 p.m.

Adna will head out to face Rainier after giving up their first home loss of the season on Saturday. Adna took a 53-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of Toledo.

Meanwhile, Rainier had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 63-49 win over the Ducks. Given the Mountaineers' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 161st, while the Ducks are ranked 357th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Rainier's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-4. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.0 points per game. As for Adna, their defeat ended a 12-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 13-3.

Adna strolled past Rainier in their previous meeting back in December of 2024 by a score of 55-40. The rematch might be a little tougher for Adna since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
