Flag Football Game Preview: Weston Ranch Cougars vs. Stagg Delta Kings

The Weston Ranch Cougars are taking a road trip to take on the Stagg Delta Kings at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Weston Ranch is looking for their season's first win.

On Monday, Weston Ranch came up short against McNair and fell 13-6. While losing is never fun, the Cougars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California flag football rankings (they are ranked 739th, while the Eagles are ranked 261st).

Meanwhile, Stagg came up short against Franklin on Monday, falling 26-6. The defeat continues a trend for the Delta Kings in their meetings with the Yellowjackets: they've now lost three in a row.

Stagg's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Weston Ranch, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-8.

Weston Ranch came up short against Stagg in their previous matchup back in September, falling 20-14. Can the Cougars avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
