Basketball Recap: Lincoln Takes a Loss

After flying high against El Camino last Saturday, Lincoln came back down to earth. The Hornets fell just short of the Mater Dei Catholic Crusaders by a score of 59-57 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Hornets have suffered since January 14th.

Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 3-3.

Coming up, Lincoln will challenge Bonita Vista at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Mater Dei Catholic, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Patrick Henry at 8:00 p.m. on the 17th.
