Basketball Recap: McGregor Takes a Loss

McGregor suffered their closest loss since December 5, 2023 on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Troy Trojans by a score of 34-31. The Bulldogs' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

McGregor's loss dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Troy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-15.

McGregor and Troy could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings.
