Volleyball Game Preview: Dickinson Gators vs. Clear Creek Wildcats

The Dickinson Gators will head out to take on the Clear Creek Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Dickinson came up short against Deer Park on Friday, falling 3-0.

While Dickinson was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-23, 25-16.

Meanwhile, after a string of six wins, Clear Creek's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Clear Springs.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 18-25, 25-14, 25-17.

Dickinson suffered their first road defeat, dropping their record down to 20-13. As for Clear Creek, their loss dropped their record down to 19-16.

Dickinson might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Clear Creek when the teams last played back in September. Can the Gators avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
