Basketball Recap: Nodaway Valley Skates Past East Union with Ease

Nodaway Valley's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They took their match with ease, bagging a 69-21 win over the East Union Eagles. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Wolverines have posted since January 13th.

Nodaway Valley's win bumped their record up to 8-12. As for East Union, they are on a 24-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-20.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Nodaway Valley will square off against Clarinda at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Clarinda will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Nodaway Valley surely won't give up without a fight.
