Basketball Recap: Elgin Takes a Loss

Elgin was the 52-46 winner over Noble when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Elgin Owls received a blow on Tuesday as they fell 60-45 to the Noble Bears. The Owls have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Elgin's loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Noble, their victory bumped their record up to 9-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Elgin will face off against Guymon at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Noble, they will host Southeast at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Noble is facing Southeast at the right time seeing as Southeast is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
