Eastridge was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after topping Irondequoit. The Lancers came in at 21 in the state poll after placing at number 28 last week.
Eastridge extended the longest winning streak in Section 5 Monroe Division III this week by beating the Eagles, 41-0. The victory was the seventh in a row for Chad Green's team.
Victor's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Patrick Metzger threw for 204 and three touchdowns and Cash Bleier had 104 yards receiving. On the ground Tommy Wagner chipped in 78 yards. Stephen Page helped Victor's passing attack out by catching three balls for 82 yards.
Victor's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Blue Devils feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Metzger has thrown for 681 yards and nine touchdowns this season, while Bleier has 21 catches for 330 yards. Wagner leads the league in rushing with 941 yards.
