Volleyball Recap: Chula Vista Learning Community Charter Comes Up Short

Chula Vista Learning Community Charter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the School for Entrepreneurship & Technology Lions.

Chula Vista Learning Community Charter was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made School for Entrepreneurship & Technology work for it, especially in the fourth set. The final score came out to 25-21, 23-25, 25-18, 26-24.

Chula Vista Learning Community Charter's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for School for Entrepreneurship & Technology, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-11 record this season.

Coincidentally, Chula Vista Learning Community Charter and School for Entrepreneurship & Technology will both be playing Bayfront Charter the next time they take the court. The Cobras will head out to face the Sharks at 3:45 p.m. on Monday, while the Lions will head out to face them at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
