Volleyball Recap: Isabela Perez Key Part of Team Effort in Eagles Win

Southwest won the last time they faced Ferguson and things went their way on Saturday too. The Eagles came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 2-0.

Southwest got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Isabela Perez out in front who had five digs and four aces. That's the most aces Perez has posted since September 2nd. Victoria Soto was another key player, getting eight kills and seven digs.

Southwest's record now sits at 7-11. As for Ferguson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-7.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Falcons beat Southwest by a score of 3-0 on Tuesday.
