Volleyball Recap: Mesa Wins Going Away Against Dobson

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Chandler, Mesa was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Dobson Mustangs with a sharp 3-0 victory. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Jackrabbits this season.

Mesa's win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-14. As for Dobson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-9.

Looking ahead, Dobson will be playing in front of their home fans against Westwood at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Mesa will be paying especially close attention to the Mustangs' game: after the Mustangs face off against the Warriors, they'll take on Mesa again at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
