Basketball Recap: Lee Academy Takes a Loss

Lee Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 59-22 defeat at the hands of the Calhoun Academy Cougars. That's two games in a row now that Lee Academy has lost by exactly 37 points.

Lee Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Calhoun Academy, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 23-10.

While Lee Academy had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
