There's no place like home for McGehee, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Dumas Bobcats 50-22. Considering the Owls have won three matchups by more than 27 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
When it comes to explaining why Dumas lost, don't look at Kyle Young. Despite the final result, he threw for 187 yards and three touchdowns. A healthy portion of that aerial production (104 yards to be exact) went to Marcus Kilgore.
McGehee has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 36.8 points over those games. As for Dumas, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4.
