Volleyball Recap: Six Straight Home Wins for Joliet West

There's no place like home for Joliet West, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They came out on top against the Bolingbrook Raiders by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Raiders back in April, they had to take a 2-0 defeat.

While Joliet West won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The final score came out to 28-26, 25-19.

Michael Meloy paced Joliet West's offense, picking up 11 kills. Meloy got some help from Nolan Fellows and his 26 assists. Fellows was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.
