Soccer Game Preview: Bartlesville vs. Mustang

The Bartlesville Bruins will venture away from home to square off against the Mustang Broncos at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Bartlesville's last four matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Bartlesville is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Oklahoma's top teams: Broken Arrow, who was ranked fourth at the time (Bartlesville was ranked 23rd). The Bruins fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. Bartlesville's loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, Mustang's game on Tuesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They put the hurt on Charles Page with a sharp 6-2 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Mustang.

Bartlesville's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Mustang, they now have a winning record of 9-8.
