Friends extended their losing streak to four on Tuesday, dropping their season record down to 1-7 in the process. They came up short against the Beth Tfiloh Warriors, falling 14-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-0 back in March.

As for Beth Tfiloh, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games.

For Beth Tfiloh's part, Zachary Rogers was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Rogers has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.
