Basketball Game Preview: Buford Wolves vs. Etowah Eagles

The Buford Wolves will take on the Etowah Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Buford is coming into the game hot, having won their last seven games.

Buford is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Chapel Hill 83-36. The Wolves' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Etowah didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Colquitt County on Tuesday, but they still walked away with a 46-40 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Buford pushed their record up to 24-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.0 points over those games. As for Etowah, their win bumped their record up to 21-8.
