Basketball Game Preview: Centennial Coyotes vs. Verrado Vipers + How To Watch

The Centennial Coyotes will take on the Verrado Vipers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Centennial's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.

While Centennial didn't have the best season last year (they finished 12-16), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 64-51 win over Apollo on Tuesday. That's two games straight that the Coyotes have won by exactly 13 points.

Meanwhile, Verrado got the win against Buckeye on Tuesday by a conclusive 77-57. The Vipers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Verrado is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. As for Centennial, their victory bumped their record up to 6-1.

Centennial strolled past Verrado in their previous meeting back in December of 2024 by a score of 62-47. Do the Coyotes have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Vipers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
