After flying high against Souhegan on Wednesday, Keene came back down to earth. The Blackbirds took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Goffstown Grizzlies on Friday. The Blackbirds' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Keene's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Goffstown, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Keene will face off against rival Salem at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Goffstown is set to take on their familiar foe Bishop Guertin at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
