Softball Preview: Lafayette Central Catholic Knights vs. West Lafayette Red Devils        
        
		
            The Lafayette Central Catholic Knights will head out on the road to  face off against  the West Lafayette Red Devils  at 5:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Lafayette Central Catholic has given up an average of 15.4  runs per game this season, but Wednesday's  game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Lafayette Central Catholic is headed into Wednesday's   game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game  on Monday. They lost  17-3 to Lafayette Jefferson.

Wednesday's   matchup will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Lafayette Central Catholic hasn't had any issues making contact this season,  having earned a batting average of .353. However, it's not like West Lafayette struggles in that department as   they've  averaged .315. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
