Basketball Recap: Richards Warriors vs. Dunbar Mightymen
If Richards was riding high fresh off their 62-20 takedown of Hubbard last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Richards Warriors lost to the Dunbar Mightymen on the road by a 68-53 margin on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 75-44 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.
Jordan Wordlaw continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Dunbar, putting up 29 points. Wordlaw's evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Tyler Nixon was another key player, posting 12 points.
