Lane Simpson Game Report: @ Berryhill

Passers beware: Lane Simpson came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also picked up 22 receiving yards, helping propel Cushing past Berryhill by a score of 24-23. We certainly expect to see more performances from Simpson considering he's already seeing the field as a sophomore.

Coming up, Simpson and Cushing will venture away from home to face off against Bristow at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The last time Simpson duked it out with the Pirates (back in September of 2024), the Tigers came out on top by a score of 13-6. Will another strong game from Simpson be enough to do it again?
